To be beautiful means to be yourself.  You don’t need to be accepted by others.  You need to accept yourself.  THICH NHAT HANH

Belly dancing gracefully teaches us self acceptance, it helps change the way we see our bodies and ourselves.  The movements are gentle and guide us out of our minds and into our bodies, where we should be.  This calms the chaos of the mind and restores peace.

Join us on the 4th of February for one, two or all three bellydance workshops and come celebrate with women empowering themselves through dance.
